ELIGIBILITY

The tournament is open to all badminton enthusiasts and club players. Current and former National Team players are not allowed to join. High school and collegiate varsity players and trainers are qualified to join and will be leveled in ADVANCED. The organizers reserve the right to deny or disqualify an entry as deemed necessary on tourney day if the player/ players would be discovered that he/she apparently sandbagged during leveling in order to be placed at a level lower than his/ her real level.

RULES



P650/player. Non-Refundable. Organizers will only accept a change in partner AFTER the substitute player was leveled by the organizers before tourney day. Organizers will NOT allow any substitution of players for any other reason on tourney day.





Deadline for Registration is on February 27, 2009 (Last Day of Leveling). Only registration forms with payment will be considered as a valid entry. Limited slots only. First come, first serve. Leveling days may be cancelled once slots have been filled up.





CALL OR TEXT COACH BRYAN PAYTE for leveling at 09053135724. Leveling days are MWF, 5pm to 9pm.





Registered participants will not be eligible for refund once the official line-up has been released.





Any falsification of registration form would result to an automatic disqualification. A non-refundable entry fee would be in effect.





Payments can be settled during leveling or can be endorsed to the Katipunan Prime management or to Coach Bryan Payte.





Games are 1-35 rally point, no setting. Guaranteed 3 games. In the event that there will be more than 1 group at a certain level, top pair of each group will advance to the finals.



PRIZES & RELEASE OF OFFICIAL LINE UP AND SCHEDULE

Champions and Runners Up in all levels will receive trophies. No cash prize since this is a fund-raiser.  Tournament line-up and schedule will be posted at Katipunan Prime at least 3 days before the tournament.

Golf Fundraising Tournament - Adrae's Cup @ 06:30:00

For us to raise the needed funds, my colleagues in the office and I will be holding a golf tournament on May 12, 2008 at Philippine Navy Golf Club, Fort Bonifacio dubbed as Adrae’s Cup – Swing For A Cause. Tournament Format:  

1 There will be 2 levels only (there will be no separate skill leveling since this is a fundraising activity):


     -Novice (has not yet played in any tournament)

     -Players (has participated in any tournaments including Smart Tourneys)

2 Non-gender pairing format (mixed pairing is recommended but may vary depending on the participants).



3 Tournament fee is Php750 per participant. This include lunch, snacks & drinks.

I don't have kids yet and even if I do, I won't say I know what you're feeling cause I can't possibly know how. I do know though that you're very strong individuals and God only gives us the things He knows we can handle.

Browsing this site and knowing what Andrae is going through breaks my heart since I also have a 9 mos old baby boy that was born on July 18, 2007, exactly 1 month before Andrae was born. Ms. Lennie invited me in her friendster, I don't usually approve accounts that I don't know personally but still I approved hers without thinking twice, I believe that it's God's will... I can't give you any financial help but I'll always include your son and your family in my prayers... Right now, I have a 12 yr old cousin that was diagnosed with Antipospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS) for almost 9 years now and presently confined in the hospital for around 2 weeks now due to seizures and other complications, that's why I know how Andrae's parents and family are feeling right now... We're so helpless since we don't know what to do, the doctors are doing their best for sure but this is a rare case, just like with Andrae, he can't tell yet what he feels because of his age and as a mother that simple thing can break our hearts... To my friendster friend, Ms. Lennie and to your husband, don't lose your faith in Him, He's always there for us, He may not give us what we want at all times but He will always provide us what's best for us... If you're going to Singapore for the operation, we have family friends that live there, maybe you can stay in their house while you were there instead of renting out a hotel or they might help you find an affordable place you can stay at, here's my cp # 0905-3906155...
