Give The Gift Of Life

 

My name is John Layne Padraig "Adrae" A. Cabrera, the first and only son of Jonathan and Lennie from Cavite, Philippines. I was born with a life threatening disease called Biliary Atresia which was diagnosed on my age of 6 months. Biliary Atresia is a congenital absence or closure of the ducts that drain bile from the liver. My liver is progressively damaged because of fibrosis, and I will need a liver transplant in the near future for me to survive.

 

Please extend your support to raise funds for my liver transplant that would be done in Singapore, where my chance for survival is much better than if I will have the operation here in the country. The estimated cost for the liver transplant in Asian Centre for Liver Diseases & Transplantation (Gleneagle's Hospital) is a package of S$145,000.00 + GST, or about PhP5 Million plus.
