my story

It all started when mummy went to see a pyscic lady...she told her that there would be a shock pregnancy in the family. and mummy definatly did get a shock when she realised it  was her who was pregnant. It was just over a month away from her 18th birthday..so she got me as a present :)....Daddy was really scared but soon came round to the idea and mummy still couldnt believe she was having a baby! . As i started to get bigger she had a hard time with feeling sick and i often heard her n daddy say that they wish i'd hurry up and come out.  The first midwife said she was due on the 5th of march 2006...but others said it was the 12th. but on the 2nd of march mummy had annoying pains all day and a bad back...but she didnt know it was me getting ready to come out!! by night time the pains were getting more regular and stronger....whilst daddy snored, mummy stayed up all night with the pains and somewhere around half 4 her waters broke...so her and daddy got in the car and set off to hospital followed by the two grandmas to be. She got to the hospital to be examined and was told she was 8cm dilated...and would soon have a baby (me!) Her waters hadnt completly been broken so the midwife helped them along.Mummy had an epidural to give her a rest from the pains...but at 12.30 (friday 3rd) the pains were back and getting really strong again and the midwife said she could start pushing at 1 o clock. 1 o clock came quickly and she started to push but the midwife finished her shift and left mummy n daddy on their own. Two more midwives arrived later on and i was born at 2.10pm friday 3rd March weighing 6lb 13oz.
